I have been a realtor in Monmouth/Ocean Counties for 12 years. While I work with sellers and buyers of every age group, one of my special focuses has been the senior community. In this specialty it is about working with the senior and their family providing guidance with patience and empathy to get them to a successful closing. That can be helping them navigate to an over 55 community or putting them in touch with a resource to figure out assisted living options. And bringing in other resources as needed.
