Membership Expectations

L.E.N.S. Networking is a structured professional community built on participation, accountability, and mutual support. The strength of the network is directly tied to the engagement and consistency of its members.

Participation

Members are expected to participate consistently in meetings and group initiatives.

This includes:

  • Attending scheduled meetings
  • Contributing to discussions
  • Being prepared and engaged

Consistent participation strengthens relationships and ensures the network continues to move forward.

One-to-One Engagement

Building relationships outside of meetings is a core part of L.E.N.S. Networking.

Members are expected to:

  • Schedule and participate in one-to-one meetings
  • Take the time to understand how other members work
  • Identify opportunities for collaboration and support

Stronger relationships lead to more relevant introductions and better outcomes.

Clarity of Work

Members are responsible for clearly communicating what they do and how they support their clients.

This includes:

  • Being specific about services and offerings
  • Communicating ideal client profiles
  • Providing clear guidance on when to refer

Clarity improves communication and strengthens the effectiveness of the network.

Support and Collaboration

L.E.N.S. Networking is built on mutual support.

Members are expected to:

  • Make thoughtful introductions when appropriate
  • Share opportunities and resources
  • Support fellow members when possible

The goal is not volume, but relevance and alignment.

Professional Conduct

Members are expected to conduct themselves professionally at all times.

This includes:

  • Respecting other members and their work
  • Communicating clearly and professionally
  • Following through on commitments

Membership Structure

L.E.N.S. Networking maintains up to two members per category, based on the pod structure.

This ensures:

  • Clear positioning for each member
  • Reduced overlap while still allowing for perspective and depth
  • Stronger referral and collaboration opportunities

Category placement is reviewed and approved as part of the membership process.

Accountability

Membership in L.E.N.S. Networking is based on active participation and alignment with the standards of the group. If a member is no longer participating or aligned with these expectations, membership may be reviewed.
