60 Bed licensed acute care rehabilitation hospital that provides 3 hours of therapy a day and acute inpatient medical management to patients who have had a functional decline in mobility and independence with the goal to return home/to the community. We specialize in disease specific rehab programs that are accredited through The Joint Commission for Health Care Accreditation- Stroke Rehab, Parkinson’s, Brain Injury, Amputation, Pulmonary Rehab, Cardiac Rehab and Hip Fractures.
